The Independence Baseball/ Softball Complex is located at 2020 Three Elms Park Road in Independence. This facility consists of 4 ball fields with lights (Future Planning: 5th Ball Field, Playground, Restroom remodel), a concession stand (remodeled in fall of 2019), men's and women's restrooms (men's restroom was remodeled in the fall of 2018, women's remodeled in fall of 2020), a steel shed, 2 batting cages, and off street parking. This facility is home to the entire Independence Parks & Recreation Department Little League program (encompassing over 500 participants), River'sEDGE Travel Baseball/ Softball, Fall Baseball & Softball Leagues, Youth & Adult Softball and Baseball Tournaments, Adult Softball Leagues, Adult Kickball, Men's Flag Football League, and all of our Youth Flag Football Leagues.
