Reading and Logging

The basics of the Children's Program
Read, attend programs, and do activities!

  • Log on Beanstack each 30 minutes of reading or activity that you do. Alternatively, fill in the boxes on the paper log and bring it to the library when you visit.
  • Earn 5 points for 30 minutes of reading. 
  • Earn 5 points for each library program attended.
  • Reach 115 points to complete the Summer Reading Program!
  • Keep logging your minutes and win a prize if you're a top reader for June or July! Help us reach our goal of 500,000 minutes read this summer!

The basics of the Baby Program
Reading, Writing, Singing, Playing, Talking

  • Log your activity in the online program, Beanstack, or bring in your completed paper form to the library to track your progress!
  • Each day, do at least 3 of the 5 activities with your baby - Reading, Writing, Singing, Playing, Talking - and earn 5 points! 
  • Attend Story Time in June and July to earn 5 points each time you participate!
  • Reach 150 points to complete the Summer Reading Program!
